This is a fabulous, antique, diamond solitaire ring, which would make a wonderful engagement ring. Crafted in a rich and buttery 18ct gold, the ring features a beautiful old mine cut diamond of approximately 15 points. The bright and lively diamond sits safely in its setting, surrounded by beautiful swirling engraving which is present all over the gallery. The diamond is very slightly raised which allows it to catch the light beautifully.

This classic antique ring is not hallmarked, probably due to a re-sized at some point in its life, but it has been tested for 18ct Gold. Given its style, i would date it to the 1920s.

The ring weighs 3.30g, and is currently a UK size R, which is USA size 8 1/2. It could be re-sized.
